The Ultra Low Viscosity Adapter Rotor(ULR for short)is used with our Viscometer to provide accurate and repeatable measurements on low viscosity objects.Both Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids are suitable.The ULR consists of a precision cylindrical rotor and a precision tubular sleeve(sample cartridge).The rheology-adapted cylindrical design allows for precise viscosity measurement and shear rate measurement.

 ULR Characteristics:

●Designed for low viscosity fluid measurement

●Available in interlayer and non-interlayer versions

●The minimum detection limit is 1cP,which depends on the type of viscometer used.

●Accurate measurement at specified shear rate for detailed analysis of products

●Stainless steel material is easy to clean and clean,can withstand the operating temperature range of-40℃-200℃

●Sample dosage 18-20mL

Rotor installation is quick and easy Longer mounting nuts make it easier to rotate the rotor by hand.The mounting brackets that connect the ULR

and viscometer have been redesigned to give you more room to work when installing the rotor.

Test sample replacement is quick and easy Simply loosen the knob and the sample cup slides out.Multiple sample cups can be used interchangeably to quickly test multiple samples.The rotor can be attached to the viscometer when the sample is loaded,or the rotor can be removed with the sample tube.

When the sample cylinder/rotor is removed,the circulating interlayer remains on the viscometer,saving operating time.

Unique advantages of the unique ULR adapter installation design:

●The sturdy clamp ring design can be tightly connected to the mounting bracket attached to the viscometer.

●The sample cylinder is firmly fixed by the clamp to ensure that the rotor and the sample cylinder rotate coaxially.

●The circulating interlayer is clamped tightly by the clamp.The adjustment of the worker ensures that the circulating interlayer and the clamp are coaxial,and the sample tube containing the sample can be directly inserted and installed.
